Dear Kate:

I want to take this opportunity to publicly express my appreciation to you and Jabula Dog Academy.  As you know, we are new to Atlanta and travel opportunities for my family and I made us anxious because we didn’t know where to take our dogs. This was even worse after we boarded our dogs at an animal hotel near the airport that we called “doggie jail”.  That was a horrible experience.

After we met you last year – that all changed.  Our yellow lab Allie, who we rescued three years ago, is shy and nervous with most people.  Well, that wasn’t the case with you.  After 5 days at your facility last Christmas, Ally was well adjusted and happy and I noticed a huge improvement in her demeanor when she got home (she wasn’t clingy or panting like she had done in the past). 

Our black lab Phoenix fit in beautifully and had a great time.  Both dogs were well exercised, disciplined and loved.  Our family was especially appreciative of the journal you gave us that outlined their activities and even included photographs of their stay.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care you give and your commitment to the dogs.  I am pleased to report that everyone I’ve referred to you is equally thrilled with your services.  Thank you Jabula Dog Academy.  Thank you Kate Jackson.  You have taken the stress out of travel for all of us.
